Go to the CT999 Login page and enter the mobile number or email address you registered with, along with your password. Click Sign In and you will be taken directly to your account dashboard. On the Login page, click the Forgot Password link. Enter your registered mobile number or email address and you will receive an OTP or reset link. Follow the steps to create a new password. Make sure your new password is strong — at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols. Do not create a new account if you have forgotten your password — use the recovery process instead.

The most common reasons are: incorrect password (check caps lock), wrong mobile number format (try with and without +92), an unverified account, or a browser cache issue. Try clearing your cache or opening the login page in an incognito tab. If you are using the CT999 App, check whether an update is available. If none of these resolve the issue, contact CT999 support through live chat inside the platform.

CT999 allows access from different devices, but for your own security it is best to sign out from devices you are no longer using — especially shared phones, borrowed computers or public terminals. Your PKR balance, bet history and account settings sync in real time across all active sessions.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your contact details. It is important to keep your mobile number current — especially your JazzCash or Easypaisa number — since this is used for OTP verification and account recovery. If your old number has been deactivated, contact support before you lose access to that SIM.

Registration

Visit the Register page, fill in your details — name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and password — and complete the OTP verification step. Once your number is confirmed, your account is active and you can make your first PKR deposit to start playing. The whole process takes under two minutes on both the website and the CT999 App.

You will need a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, your full name, date of birth and a secure password. Make sure your date of birth is accurate — CT999 is an 18+ platform and age verification may be required at the withdrawal stage.
